The GCFSS is currently operating its roles in Central Equatoria and Jonglei State. We are aiming to offering service to vulnerable groups in the following counties: GCFSS is also trying its level best to conduct regular need assessments in within the selected states after which it will be starting its educational affairs once getting any continuous funding.

GCFSS objectives are centered at education. We believe that education is the core strength by which all NGOs assistance to vulnerable group are empowered. That is why we deliver support for primary education, training unskilled youth, peace education, healthcare awareness and many more as to be determined within operations.

ISSUES OF CONCERN

  1. Building the capacity of vulnerable people e.g. women.

  2. Sensitize the parents not to deprived their girls from education

  3. Stand against discrimination and exploitation of vulnerable persons e.g. women, girls.

  4. Building teachers capacity through training and motivation

  5. To be vigilance to emergencies response.

  6. To conduct regular accurate need assessments.

With the above outlined concerning areas, GCFSS want to realize resilience in humanity. The environment needed for this, is peace and unity. There are special procedures set by GCFSS to meet the target. People can be self-reliance one the selected area is served by GCFSS. We should go to the root and heal the wounds.

Youth can be motivated through their talents and skills. GCFSS has designed permanent motivated steps for them.

Indeed, GCFSS want to work day and night, thinking about these groups with a considerate and compassionate heart. It is not hard to achieve life transformation, but how much capability and transparency the organization have for the targeted beneficiaries.

ORGANIZATION FOCUS FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT

The organization action plans will focus on:

  2. To support the enrollment of vulnerable girl child in primary schools.

  1. To sensitize the public on health related issues e.g. outbreak of diseases such as ebola, HIV/AIDS, cholera, hepatitis, cancer awareness and sanitation programs.

  2. Supporting healthcare services focusing on immunization, sanitation and nutrition centres in both rural and urban areas.

  1. LIVELIHOOD (nutrition)

To promote the productivity and services delivery to girl children.

To promote skills and creativity among youth for their living standard improvement.
